my damn smooth scroll is all fucked up again.. I think this is some battery consumption conspiracy..

 

Ever Since I Had This Puuuter Rebuilt About Three Months Ago, I Have

Been Having The Same Problem....

My Scroll Used To Be Smooth, Now It Appears To Scroll In Segments....

And Guess What, This Is The Only Site It Happens On....

Call Me Paranoid, But Some Days I Think The Puuuter Gods Hate Me....
