i just picked a bunch of lavender out of my garden to start a potpourri

 

That and my third leg usually scares them away

 

Lavender is amazing, I always have something lavender around me.

My hubby is going to cut down the last dead tree in the yard when he gets home from work if he's not to tired...Then I plan on burning the stump out...

 

i didnt even know i had lavender..my daughter planted the herb garden when she lived in this house....she visited and pointed out some of the plants...i have catnip,,thyme,parsley,oregano,lemon thyme and a bunch of others

I wonder if farmout has made it back home after his long trip yesterday down to Columbus and Cincinnati, I'll wave if he drive by this way...

I've been eating (err drinking?) the same oatmeal and banana smoothie for breakfast for the past two months. Can't get enough of it. Plus it's a great meal for a lazy guy like me.

 

I just met all my runners at the first cross-country practice. It's such a small team. No girls yet.

 

I have a smoothie every morning too. Either vanilla or chocolate.
