Man, you really should get that smoke detector fixed!

 

Hot and Humid...blah!!!

Oh and yesterday I got my yard mowed...Rain and storms went north of us...

 

Got the tail end of that big storm that caused the tornadoes west of here last night around midnight. Erin saw the lightening and decided to get in her cage. Only got about 1/2 inch of rain though...

 

We're finally drying out from all the rain we had last week...

 

todays job starts off as a wheel bearing on a diesel jetta...press in of course no one ever comes with the easy bolt on type

im 2/3rds done just have to put the knuckle back in and then torque it all and move on to the other stuff on his list

 

Went out and sprayed some roundup, now just trying to cool off...

 

I just got home..feel like shit! Need sleep so bad.
Would it be rude to ask them to leave? I know they care..I just need sleep!

im done working for today..did a wheel bearing fixed some sticking parking brakes and fixed a turbo (it was just broken wires on the actuator sensor)


...someone called and needs me tomorrow same kind of car but they need brakes on all 4 corners done

 

guy shows up today and doesnt have half the parts he needs

 

We had a big storm Sunday, got 4 inches of rain and really windy...I was cleaning up limbs in my yard and I looks up and the goat was walking toward me...A big tree blew down and took out part of the fence, so she was able to get out...

Watching the little one today...

 

My neighbor has at least one goat... (or had)

Several months ago I was out mowing the front yard, looked over and saw what I thought was somebody's black dog... except dogs don't have horns. He wandered up my driveway, around the woods and, I assume, found his way back home again.

 

The little one is napping...


I need to finish mowing the yard after the little one's dad comes and picks him up...

Another hot and humid day...blah!!!!

 

Air is cooling, I'm breathing better at last!

 

Rain... Cooler, but raining. If it warms up again today... sauna.

bought some chest cold medicine yesterday and even though i wasnt coughing it seems to have helped....this was the first day in a week that i didnt feel like i was up a mountain struggling for oxygen

I cleaned and refilled the hummingbird feeders....

The little one loves to be outside and throws a fit when we came back in...

Nice cool breeze coming out of the north, turn off the air and opened the windows...

 

mom has a hummingbird feeder, she says they come to it but dont drink...but the wasps love the stuff

 

chipmunks here seem to like eating the crab apples...squirrels seem to be more interested in the acorns
