    19 hours........
    19 hours of unrelenting pain.

that is how long my last bout of gluten/gut related torture lasted.
started Sunday morning about 9 am, vomited for the last time around 4 am Monday, I think it was 20+ times total I vomited, plus all the other fun stuff from the opposite end....
still not back to normal gut function yet...fucking hurts if I eat, fucking hurts if I don't eat
This really sucks, shoot myself in the head type of sucks.
They have gotten more severe every time and it takes far less to trigger an episode, classic progression of celiacs disease.
I had two small spoons/tastes of ice cream with cookies in it Sat afternoon, made sure to spit out all crumbs, but obviously that didn't work.
wife wanted to take me to the ER, but I hate hospitals though.........

I told if it goes longer than 24 hours I would go.

guess I am going to have to start being hyper vigilant about what I eat even more and go buy a gun in case I have another nasty bout.

    I still want pics.

I'm making jewelry but running out of eyesight.

I suppose I'm going to have to use some magnification glasses. My daily glasses are not cutting it for close work.

Trying to finish a necklace piece made of antique pearl buttons.

I usually don't have much of a problem falling asleep. It's more just staying asleep and not waking up for half the night. I had a few beers and slept like a baby last night though. I still had numerous dreams last night but they weren't bad dreams and they didn't wake me up with my heart pounding. So I'm having a couple of beers tonight too but I know that isn't really the answer. I love beer but it's actually counter-productive to other things I do in life which I value more.

A purse could be a good source for the type of leather I need to make a sword frog... and maybe some fittings too. A lot cheaper than buying bulk leather and new findings/buckles/etc.

Tandy Leather is very proud of their shyt... Can you say "over priced". For a lot of people though it seems the only place to buy stuff, so that keeps their doors open.

The sword is in the house...

It's a cheapo that was further reduced because the scabbard is too short. Funny thing is I'm going to shorten the sword anyways, so it doesn't matter. For now.... it waits at the Altar.

Leather purses are awesome to salvage as Ty says; however, I did get rid of one my daughter left behind when she moved.

Ladies, be mindful when you spend money on trend items.

    It was similar to this.

I don't do that. My favorite purses came from rummage sales at giveaway prices...and i may add I never spent money retail on fur, either. The ones I have were giveaway at rummage sales....so I help the recycling of items, mainly....I only bought one purse at retail once at TJ Maxx for half price of its retail...it is a gold big leather pouchy purse by Michael Kors....at $150.00, and at the time, I bought it as i was depressed right after my mom died.
I iike it, but only used it once...

Speaking of designers...i love isaac Miz...how do you spell his last name? I have seen him on the designer shows, and he is funny. i like his personality alot.

    Isaac Mizrahi

Have you heard of him? He is great. great personality. does not take himself so seriously and is fun to listen to. He sells his chain at target stores here in the US. He is a good designer, as well, and really understands the body of females and males....
