I can deal with a non stop 31* all winter long. It's that dip into freezing that I can't stand.
The only thing that shit is good for is killing off whatever mosquitos that may have survived until the winter.

I said on the member's photos thread....that I was happy to live here and not in NYC....but I do want to make a point of visiting NYC now once or twice per year...for new inspirations and shopt of adrenalin I need

I am planning to visit again NYC this spring and visit a few art museums and maybe look around some stores and take a sauna there.

Sister has me running around getting things ready for Xmas. Lots of moving furniture that she can't do.

Known her for 42 years never knew she had OCD before now.
We are talking monk level organizing.

i like winter more then it likes me at the age i am now.
i like trees to be in their forest growing
i like flowers to be on their plants with their roots in the soil nourishing them.
i also like machines that are small, intricate, and quiet.
there is something about a path, that robs nothing beyond its required line and width.
when we create things, that do not lay waste to their surroundings,
these things too, become magical and sacred.

My neighbors called me their girl on Christmas...cool....I did not mind that....sometimes I do. I guess it depends on who is saying it.

    i don't live in a personal universe. i'm really glad that i don't.

i really think, see, and experience, more in terms of places then people.

if i were the only person on the planet, and i knew how to not have to worry about how to have all the food and shelter i would need,
i could be really happy with that.

the best though would be for a small population who were all very considerate of each other
and hardly ever sought to be noticed by each other,
but who loved affection when they did.

i love trains and technologies. but i love them better when they're not destroying the forests and all the little things that live in them.
i like small things more then large, houses, toys, and even open spaces.

gotta have mountains and forests. cities might be ok if streets were parks instead, and not layed out in a grid,
and there were little trains for free for getting around on, and buildings weren't rectangular or vast expanses of vertical flatness.

everything could be so much more interesting if people didn't think it suited their priorities to make them not be.

i like mazes. walls winding around in curves. roofs over the dead ends and anyone could live in any of them someone else wasn't already doing so.

i seem to always end up saying more things, when i mean to just say one of a few.

things are connected, and it takes another and another to explain each.
