I had "boot camp" today. I love pushing it to the limit and making it as intense as I can. You're muscles will burn. When you think you've reached your limit.....run faster, push harder, pull harder....use your mind and make yourself do it. The only way I can describe that is euphoric. It's pure and perfect and nothing else in the world is happening right then.
I've never been to a Costco (there aren't any in my area) but I've heard they have great deals and pay/treat their employees very well.
That sounds lovely. I've never experienced it with the Fibromyalgia. That kind of exercise is terrible for it.
If the weather forecast holds, Wednesday and Thursday should be interesting. Pouring rain all day Wed, freezing overnight and turning to snow, snow all day Thursday... Sure am glad I have to go out Friday morning.
costco tires are was too pricey they are the best place for car batteries though,,,waranty claims are always accepted yes but its also a "get a friend who is dumb enough to pay to be a member to bring you so you dont have to pay a membership fee" store
Costco is a sickening corporation. Their membership scam targets high income families but also draws in the poorer wannabes destined for a life of massive credit debt. But is the plan to die early from that giant bag of potato chips they'll force themselves to finish off? Nasty wasteful over-consumption suicide machine. I have arthritis in my eyeballs.
they sell the same size of potato chips as the corner store....difference is that you cant buy a case of them at a corner store....it is great to buy supplies for a party or banquet....weddigs...all sorts of things ''rich'' [people ansd ''poor'' people participate in...you cant blame a corporation for making money...they do their share of philanthropy
