They tried to make me 302...came pretty damn close a lotta times, too...

 

Sounds like a California 51/50, danger to himself or others. Seventy two hours mandatory observation.

 

My second stepdaughter was committed here in Massachusetts for danger to self or others when she was 19...back in 2006. Spent a year in the state facility in Worcester. They got her stabilized on meds. She went in almost demonic, and came out almost angelic. Thank God for modern psych meds.
