What happened with the offer you put in?

 

Is it still snowing? I haven't seen the picture posted in a while.

 

Well someone put in a higher offer, so I need to decide today whether so go higher or not. I'm going to talk to my partner and my father first.

The problem is, I always change my mind about where to live, so I don't know if buying is such a good idea right now. Although I suppose I could always rent it out to someone.

Well, keep in mind that if you don't over pay for it, you will be building equity each month that you live there. If you are there for even a couple of years, you should make money on it... assuming the world doesnt crash around us of course... lol

Well the houses I have seen for sale in London, in the area that I would want are about £1 million more than the one in the north

Yeah, house prices in a lot of places are so ridiculous. I wouldn't know where you could get a place for £60,000 over here.

I had a quick look online for places in this area and for a house they are at at least £1.5 million. Things are so expensive at the moment.
