Just had chicken schnitzel sammich. now belly is full.

 

my german deli makes pork schnitzel every day but about once every 6 weeks they have chicken schnitzel special.....I like the chicken better than the pork

I like turkey schnitzel best

 

i like the chicken too but the place i go stopped making them a year or 2 ago...

 

Went to see Tommy Emmanuel this evening. Two sets. First one was a regular set by himself. The second one was a love/xmas set with a few others. I really am not much of a fan on xmas music but it doesn't really matter with this guy. Anything he plays is captivating. I don't care if he's playing Jingle Bells. You aren't thinking "What the hell?" You're thinking "This is the best fucking Jingle Bells I've ever heard played!"

And we also had meet-and-greet tickets before the show and a free copy of his book (which he signed). He was a very nice guy....in no hurry, taking time to talk to everyone, answer questions, pose for pics, etc. We had third row seats at about the center of the stage. Being that close and just watching his hands move....freakin' amazing show!

I'm making egg deliveries today. Lots of fun. 20 dozen eggs to give away. I get to wear girly 'town' clothes and makeup. Heading out as soon as the temp gets far enough above freezing so the bridges melt.

I toasted marshmallows over a candle last night, sitting right here at my desk.

 

One of my favourite things when around a fire is toasted marshmallows.

As a kid we would camp and it is a memory that is a good one of that time.

 

The grandkids have invented "Fire Fridays". We let them toast marshmallows around the fire pit after school last Friday and again this afternoon.

It's a thing now, lol

 

I have people bugging me for eggs now that my damn hens have shut the chutes for the winter.....once the snow and they are more dependant on my feed they will start up again....too much to forage out there and not enough egg material.....if they eat too many worms they wont form an egg either....saw that somewhere

 

how many eggs you get other wise?
