It was a good day.

 

Nice. I hope everyone else had a nice day too.

I had a very fun day with the kids and I got to watch the football games. I was kind of planning on changing clothes at some point and doing some outdoor things but it rained all day and it was pretty chilly.

 

buddy stopped in and told me he found me a trailer hitch...a class 5?......not sure what is the dif between a 3 and a 5?

sure spiffer will tell us.....

But then a lot of people use it as an excuse for a 4 day weekend. I am one of those people.

sounds about right...the hitch was a straight trade for my car hitch and he wil install it for me for favors owed.....now to find a free axle for the trailer and I am all set

 

I have so many leftovers in the fridge it is ridiculous. The kids are with their dad for the weekend and there is no way to eat all this up. I am going t take a run to my sisters with a care package for her pig. That way it does not end up wasted and in the garbage.

RF: Iowa Hawkeyes finished a perfect 12-0 regular football season today with a victory over Nebraska. As a die-hard rival Iowa State Cyclone....great job, Hawks! Most of my Cyclone friends were rooting for the Hawks today. Some of us (myself included) were genuinely happy for them but all of us fucking hate Nebraska with a passion. They used to be our conference rivals. Even the biggest Hawk haters would rather see the Hawks go undefeated than see their perfect season ruined by fucking Nebraska! But seriously, that's pretty awesome for the Hawkeyes!

I have to get rid of at least 6 hens that I do not want to catty through the winter....has anyone seen the chicken scene in babel?....at the Mexican wedding...that's one choice but not sre if I could do it 6 times in a row......

^my gramma..neither of them....was the type that would sing a chicken song....one of my grams was an irish drunk and the other thought she was a socialite.....neither gave me much inspiration...i'm told the gramps that died when I was 4 was the one good grand parent of the bunch....I am not makingthe same mistake....my grandkids know me well
