Random fact about me...ok - so one of the stupidest things I did in my life was sell my 1970 Gran Torino Convertible, 351 Windsor, Baby Blue, white leather interior that was special ordered by whoever - for $1000.
    Probably around 1990...

    Yeah...top that.

It seems only bearable if it would be an exception. So much homework every weekend will not benefit anybody in highschool :p

Luckily, I'm mostly moving tables, racks, and other light pieces.

Almost 32 years in this house and I'm still not pleased.

Took my niece back today and it was great to have her home for a visit. :)

Spent yesterday deep cleaning after the bug bomb. I am now officially done my fall cleaning, trust me.

I also did the yard with nematode, I am only doing it once as it is more to get rid of them if there were a lot of them.

Lace has forgiven me, I think for the treatment. :)

This Is What I Did Last October When I Moved Here, I Bought This House Fully Furnished, Sort

Of Like A "Walk Out Walk In " Agreement, But My Old Furniture Was Over 30 Years Old And Stuffed So

    No Big Deal There.

Bought My Big Leather Chair And Put It On The Back Veranda Whilst I Decided Where To

Place It.......11 Months Today And It's Still There Just So Happens I Sat It In What Has Turned

Out To Be The Perfect Spot.... :) .

    Cheers Glen.

I have odds and ends. No "real furniture". Hubby and I got rid of the stuff in the living room right before his employer canned him and everything financial went to Hell.

I was waiting on heirloom bedroom suites and other big furniture items that my mom had always promised me would be passed down, but I don't think that'll ever happen. Greedy brother will feel he needs to sell everything in my parents former house once the brother remaining there moves on.

I like the eclectic look and that's good because apparently that's all I'll have to work with from here on out.

I have almost no say in what kind of furniture we have but....shockingly (I'm sure ;) )...I don't even care. My wife has a pretty good idea of what she wants the house to look like. I'm fine with that. I have the garage and I'll have my guitar room back when my son eventually moves out again....in 3 years or so. :)

I've been listening to my oldest son interact with my daughter this evening. He's 20 and she is 12. He doesn't have to amuse her but he does. He goes out of his way to act like he's into the things she's into. He is a local rock star but he's so patient and understanding with her. He always has time for her. I'd like to watch my football games in silence but how can you argue kids being happy?
