I have a contract to sell them the timber, the contract does not state I have to put up with anything they want to do.

They have a simple choice in the matter, they can do as I say, or they can get off my property... I won't lose any money, the contractor will though...

edited to add, I should point out, that according to our contract, if I wanted to, I could go out and specifically point out which trees they could take as well as dictate their hours of operation.

I generally am staying out of their way though, except for certain issues.

When it comes to the chores, that is an absolute.

 

Random fact:
The "scales" on thier skin go in one direction. If you were to pet it from front to back they feel very soft, if you pet from back to front you're gonna bleed.
Their belly is as soft as a baby's bottom as well.
They used to use sharkskin as sandpaper, it was the original sandpaper.

My little guy used to sit up on it's fins and arch its back and head up whenever I would scratch him on top of his head. Had to be careful not to go near the front or sides of his face or it's bye-bye finger time.

somber day here or rather,somber week...2 suicides at the high school...2 of my kids school mates took their own life..one was best bud of the other...both have been here to the house..one used a gun..the other a rope...the whole town was at the funeral today[not us]...
