i have been going to mcdonalds, subway, or zaxbys for lunch lately

 

Im cold

 

At Subway I always get the footlong oven roasted chicken breast on italian herbs and chese bread with olives, parmesan cheese, oil and vinegar....toasted.

 

i had cheap flat iron steak for dinner... tastes like fried eggs to me

 

Man... That cop should be put on administrative leave at least until his families legal issues are dealt with, and if this was a fair world (which it isn't) he should also be charged.

These are the people who supposed to "Protect and Serve", not breed little fucking psychotics...

 

I was up and out by 5am and had one of the best mornings I have had in a long while

 

thats great..

 

I got up about 4 am....

That was only an hour or so ago... still not light out, the sky is just starting to lighten on the horizon.


And I can already hear 'them' working out back...

 

Now, I'm just watching Anderson Cooper put the final nails in BP's coffin... lol
