I barbecued a big rib eye steak that marinated all night

but it wasnt as good as it could have been because someone came over and interupted while I was cooking and it got over cooked :frown:

 

The best steak I've ever had was a T-bone cooked over briquets. It literally fell apart in my mouth with hardly any chewing.
