I hate tooth pain.

 

I hit the studio again today for just maybe an hour or a little more. I actually just dropped by with my wife on our way to lunch to check on the progress and they were like "Oh...since you're here...do you mind plugging in and laying down some tracks for <this song>?"

It was pretty funny with my wife there because she gives me as much shit as my band mates do....maybe even more. I screwed up a couple of takes and wanted to play it again. She said "I'm getting hungry so try not to suck this time!" We all had a fun time though....then we had our Sunday lunch.

 

careful enough I catch the dog dreaming , i sneak up quiet like and tickle her paws and then I can pick up her paws and make her run and shes sound asleep..

But at least the furnace is going.

 

The freezing drizzle looks like fog....

 

truck fired up again no problem....today is family day where e ive....a hoiday....


turns out my hard drive is smoked ony laptopt....150 for another plus windows reinsta ffs

 

With all five of my grandchildren today. I have missed my boy! I wish he had this whole week off like the girls do.

 

Started building a combination audio bass trap, diffuser, black light sculpture for the second bedroom/studio room. It's also going to be the headboard for the bed. (whenever a bed happens) More than one way to deal with a problem wall....

 

I'm so glad you're making my guest quarters this nice!

 

Funny thing at "boot camp" today.......at one point we had to do this striking workout. The instructor (who I've worked out with for a long time) asked me to demonstrate the proper technique so I did. I didn't go full speed but it was pretty much what you should be going for. Then we paired off and I ended up with a dude who was bigger than me but shorter. He leaned in towards me and whispered "Jesus Christ....please don't hit me like that!" Hahahaha.....I reassured him that I wasn't going to hit him like that. I got a pretty good chuckle out of that.

 

I'm doing laundry and dishes here; things I usually like to do during the day but having such a fun day with the kids made it all worth it.

 

Had a quiet day; now just sitting here sweating away a kilo an hour with the fan blowing hot air on me.

that wasnt fun....hens were snowed in....truck was snowed in....wood, snowed in good

and i of course have not cancellable appts today on the stupid mainland

 

No snow here, just frozen fog... So there's about an inch of ice on everything.

 

After 30 degree temps yesterday with wind and it feeling awful in general, this morning its BEAUTIFUL. :sunny: and not cold at all

 

hospital migraine trip, take off work today still have some residual headache and empty stomach .. was somewhere around 2am when I uke: my dinner up from 5pm .. trying to pin point the cause either the chicken marsala or mussels .. matters not, city was a stand still this morning with ice on everything ..

direct IV toradol and atavan .. i told them I had to throw up, they give me a dishpan like thing case I couldnt make it to the toilet and I didnt. after I tossed the cookies, was feeling a little better and fell asleep there for a few hours, they told me to stay a little while longer because it was to icy out there. most the flavoring in yak was the tomato sauce. Im thinking it was that the most.. usually need be careful with new red sauce products. sucks when you find a food you like, but your body dont..
