All this talk of Winter weather just scares me.

I know Winter is coming here eventually.

 

i had to use the shovel to get to the snowblower..then i used the snowblower to make a path to the plow truck

then i gave up and used the blower to make a passageway to get the car out for coffee run and now im sitting in the house drinking my coffee ...ill plow when the storm is done

 

all plowed now

lent my best blower to the neighbour ..he seemed pretty happy about that

 

I'm sure he was!

 

Chicken entrails spilled on 2 lanes of the the interstate this afternoon.

Gross.

I was reading some comments on Facebook. They said it smelled up the whole area including the Walmart parking lot.

 

meow..

 

They should have just turned lose come crocs and gators out there while they had the interstate closed.

 

i like hearts and gizzards...

 

Apparently, these weren't fresh. Before they knew what had happened, someone said that they thought the police should start looking for a body behind walmart.

 

I talked to a friend of mine today. We go back a long ways. I was the guy who trained him years ago and we've been friends ever since. Anyway, I was out at his place today and he told me he was ready to hang it up. I was kind of surprised but I guess I shouldn't be. He asked me if I was interested in buying any of his equipment. He was giving me the first shot at it.

Funny thing....just a few minutes before I saw him I was thinking about one of our brush chippers and how I was going to start looking for a gas model to replace it during the cold months. I even thought that it's too bad my friend doesn't want to sell his (since it's the exact same model I'm thinking of replacing...but gas...and he hasn't used it much for a while now). It would save me a lot of time (and possibly out-of-state travel) looking for what I want. Out of the blue....less than 5 minutes later...bam....having that conversation with him. Nice timing!

 

That sounds like the kind of gift that might keep on giving for a while.

 

I'm so glad I don't have to go near there.

 

i want to officially thank the planet for such a nice summer and long autumn this year

i hope we can make this winter short and get right into a nice early summer next year

 

Somehow fitting this happened near a Walmart...

Meteorologists predict we're going to get slammed in February because of El Nino.

We feel it will be a MILD start to winter but a snowy colder ending.Ice may be a HUGE issue for ATLANTA. I just used an elctrostatic cloth on my desk and knocked myself back into the mid-20th century.

 

haha.. gf took off her hoodie and I told her to adjust the tv antenna just because I knew she would get zapped. the bolt was about 3inchs long .. she said it hurt like hell.. hahah Im bad I know..

 

I only had to turn the computer back on.
