Stalled on the ceiling project... Guess there's always tomorrow. Or so they keep telling me.

So I go upstairs to take a piss and see this glass thing on the back of the toilet. It has some sticks in it. They almost look like incense and I was like "Hmm....I wonder what the fuck is up with these things". I had my dick in my left hand and I picked one of these sticks up with my right hand (I didn't switch hands...luckily). It was super smelly...not so much in a bad way....but really, really powerful. My hand still smells very heavily from it. But my dick doesn't....not that it should be an issue...if I did switch hands...she's the one who put those fucking things in there to begin with, right?

It led me to two conclusions. 1) My wife must think that she and my daughter have some very stinky poop. 2) If I touch those sticks often enough....I can save a few bucks on cologne.

The last 4 ceiling tiles are up... All 4 were different sizes, needed two cuts and sanding to get the right fit. Table saw is out in the unheated poorly lit garage, so I didn't cut them last night which put a damper on the whole project.


Today I'll be putting on several coats of paint and between coats I can start cleaning that room, it's loaded with wood dust from those acoustic tiles. (and a shyt ton of other stuff)



Not sure when I'll be making those beams... Soonish.

Fuck, no wonder I quit being a professional painter.

 

I have to agree that doing ceilings is the hardest part of the paint job. I do them but so look forward to that part being finished.
