Simply gorgeous day here! :sunny:

I stayed outdoors all day.

 

My day has not gone as planned. I am not happy about it at all. I have, however, refrained from murdering anyone to rectify the situation. I think I'm going to go with "Plan B" tomorrow.

Thing is ! On Thursday I was going to bring it home from work But it was all oily and mucky so I would Have had to Wrap It up in some Plastic and put the seats down in my car to get it in through the Hatchback

I was awakened at 4:30 a.m. by my dogs barking. They were telling on the cats, who had stolen a loaf of bread out of the cupboard.

 

Probably more like the dogs wanted the bread and sent the cats up there to get it for them.

 

The dogs are good; it's these damn smart aleck cats that cause trouble!

 

That's exactly what the dogs want you to think... They have you well trained.

 

Funny little story for this evening......last night my wife was next door hanging out with our neighbor who is one of her best friends. Our daughter was also there with the neighbor kid who I jokingly call Dennis The Menace. He had a fit about our daughter touching his Nerf gun without his permission until his mom finally said "Oh my god!! You walk into their house without even knocking all the time and all of the sudden you're worried about boundaries?!" That settled him down.

Maybe that doesn't sound as funny as it did to me.

 

I didnt even need to read the part where he comes into your house.. I knew it from before.

 

We've had two different Dennis the Menace's over the years.

 

Another funny thing on that note.....my daughters best friend is my band mates daughter who lives across the street. She comes over almost everyday and knocks every time. Then I have to answer the door every time. I've told her numerous times....basically....."I've known you since you were born. You can just come in. You don't have to knock." She still knocked today.

 

I didn't go to the job site today but I did get some book work done. Does that count as "working from home"? I was technically working.

 

But can you burn the books in the furnace for heat?
