Ping pong balls keep moving on the surface of the water so outdoor pet water doesn't freeze.

 

I will try some ing pong balls...pieces of Styrofoam also work

I ate pork chops cooked in beer and now I have a headache. That's hardly fair.

At least I have their Piper to liven things up. She can't go with them until she can get surgery and recuperate from it. They moved to a 3rd story apartment.

Do you still have that sun deck roof?

 

The deck is gone but the flat roof and skylight access is still there. Skylight is at the top of the spiral stairs that go from the basement to the roof. I had the flat roof covered with rubber... same rubber that's used as an underlayment for rooftop decks. Actually installing a deck would be way down at the end of the list though.

 

Were you given that photo when you bought the house, or did you seek it out?

I am babysitting my cousins two doxies and their parrot while they are on holidays. It is a bit of a challenge as they would eat Celeste so I have to switch out animals so all of them get time with us. The parrot is a conure and it a whole lot louder than Celeste. He squawks, loudly.
