when i worked at a meat processing/production place they had cleaning hoses that used water that was so hot it was right on the edge of being steam


we used to hold off a bit and watch the new guys figure out the nozzles.....they worked the exact opposite of most garden hose type nozzles...if you tried to use it the way it looked you would get blasted right in the face


those were the good old days

 

I hope not. They used to let the birds eat regular human food from their lips sometimes. They thought it was great. I never was into that but the birds were fun to have around.

 

My first husband worked in a tea and cool aid plant for a while.

He would have to wash down the machines before coming home. The grape cool aid and sweat dampened work uniforms were horrible to deal with; and the boots, the leather boots that couldn't be cleaned of the stuff.

Gross.

 

I have a bunch of work shit to deal with this week that I've been pushing off over the holidays. I really need to get refocused.

 

Damn.

The pain pill is wearing off.

Today I took back the empties to the beer store and now I can walk through the garage without tripping on something. During the winter I park the car inside and since it is only a single garage, there is not much excess room.

Should now be good until spring.

 

Went to visit Ty today. It is a 45 min to hour drive depending on traffic. Mostly cloudy and some of that fake snow coming down (the kind that looks like styrofoam). It did not amount to much. I did see two deer outside the backyard fence. It is always peaceful out there.

 

You have floor space in your garage? Lucky stiff.

 

Don't be too envious as only enough to basically walk around the car.

 

i dont have a garage,, if I did, I probably would've sat in there with the engine running long time ago...

I have a double carport but a single driveway, lol

 

Ive a double driveway and single parking space. I can put another car in there, but I just let satan use the driveway and keep my cars out of it, cause she wrecked into one already and still never paid for it..

dickface across the way had 5 cars and Uhaul truck on the street today and one car on my property .. i dont even say anything to them now, I just snap a flash camera .. in fact I dont even use a camera but an old flash from 35mm, flash it a couple times when some creep from that house is watching and they scatter like roaches when you open the fridge..

 

been letting this stinkbug hang out for a while cause it was really slow moving, been over an hour from one part my desk to another.. then all the sudden it gets a burst of energy and flies into the lamp shade bang bang buzz buzz thump falls back on the desk around where it started..

 

I have to park my truck either beside the house or in front of it depending on the wind direction....

 

Last storm I had you would have had to just keep driving around the house for several hours...
