I haven't heard of saimin. That's interesting. I've been leaning too far carnivorous for months now. I'm a Flexitarian and more comfortable with less meat.
There are some really gross recipes in here, as if all these vegetarians dont actually eat vegetables lol Why not add - Spinach bok choy Fresh herbs peas carrots sprouts etc
I love fresh baby spinach in my ramen. I cook the soup, drain the liquid, add olive oil and garlic; baby spinach when I have it.
Commercial ramen in the west typically only has meat-based ingredients in the seasoning. The noodles seem to be interchangeable. We have a vegetarian section to post in, too.
