I dont believe a citizen can pursue a suspect if they havent witnessed the crime, and his only crime is snooping around. HE is not the suspect in a kidnapping, rape, homicide or any other heinous crimes..

San Diego man will not be charged.….

A man in San Diego County shocked fellow supermarket shoppers when he wore a KKK hood to a Vons store as a face covering — a move he later admitted was "stupid." Some patrons took photos of the man, who instead of wearing a common face mask chose to wear a symbol of the racist hate group. The incident drew outrage from local officials and civil rights groups, but the San Diego County sheriff's department announced on Monday they have no grounds to charge the man.

 

So let me get this straight

well, I will say this. on May 2, the day after San Diego County ordered people to wear masks in public settings including grocery stores. It was a stunt he pulled and was really a political statement he was attempting to make against trump and the enforcing of masks being worn. , this forced isolation and the demand of the government for masks to be worn. Also, he appears to be a person of colour. Look at his arms and legs, they are light brown and then look at the white ladies behind him and their skin tone. He was calling the government nazis, in a round about way.

Where are these pictures of his face? And where is his name? No where is he called white. His identity is protected from what I have gathered. He admitted it was a stunt, to make a statement against the enforced masks.
