Anyways Ahmaud Arbery's murderers were arrested yesterday, showing that murderers don't have to walk free until a grand jury can be convened after all. Sad it took intense public pressure for an arrest to be made

I found this article and it gave me some satisfaction to see that at least some justice is being served. It looks like the two perpetrators will be charged with the murder of ahmaud.

I seriously wonder if you watched the video you supplied. Let me get this straight, a guy pulls out a 9mm gun, points it at a cop, and you don’t expect the cop to protect himself and others?

a grand jury better gather within 10 days. If this can’t be achieved there will be problems. They also went through three different changes of prosecutors since the incident.
I do like that you all have convicted them before hand.

 

Some will say this is racism too, towards the convicted cop of 12.5 years for the Somali cop who shot a woman who knocked on his car window to asked for directions in minneapolis. it is racism because of the sentence he received and because he is Somali. I don’t see this as racism. I see it as justice. Perhaps a little light imo.

yeah the grand jury thing really had nothing to do with the lack of arrest. the grand jury's job is to decide whether the arrested person goes to trial, not to decide whether to arrest the person in the first place.

well if the guy's really an ex-cop, he's going to be set free soon enough anyway.

Without that video they would have walked away scott-free, and Ahmaud Arbery's incorporeal essence (or soul) would have never rested in peace.

 

Please note the very same defenders of racism and Trump and white supremacy are always on here together and attacking civil rights advocates together. I bet they even defend someone like the man from Jasper, Texas.
