What about being over confident?Sometimes it is good to be honest with yourself.

 

Confidence like intelligence is highly overrated. Its says nothing about the quality of a person. Even serial killers can posses those qualities. Far better to place more emphasis on characteristics like integrity which relates more to a person's behavior more so than their abilities.

 

Confidence is not overrated. It is essential. A person without confidence is set up for failure. A person with integrity but no confidence would have good intentions but be unsuccessful at achieving their goals, while a person with confidence but no integrity has become our President.
