If you take into account that I voted for Reagan (in 1984), I scored a -175. Hey, It was the first election that I ever voted in and the thought of Mondale winning that year didn't sit well with me. I also wasn't a fan of Jimmy Carter either, but I wasn't old enough to vote in 1980! My view of the world in those days was different than it is today.

I think that a follow-up question for this would be if you were truly pro-Reagan or anti-opposition. Looking back now, I voted for Reagan only because I felt the alternative was worse.

Without taking the Reagan factor into equation, I scored a 25.

I think that the questionnaire should include the following or similar questions:
