Best thing I ever did was to quit smoking - I was on 25 a day and I didnt realise how much it affects you - I can actually smell flowers again now when in the open air and I feel a lot healthier - quit january then used nicorette 4mg for a month and 2mg for a month then stopped that as well - honestly it is much easier than you think all you have to do is be strong about it and after 2 months its just normal not to have a ciggy
