In your opinion, what is the average monetary value of a table? Philosophically speaking. Serious replies only.

ten bux at the good will? not sure what you mean by serious, but i will say anything new in the way of furnature is seriously over priced. on the other paw, if you check your local craigslist, you can find things in new like condition for very reasonable.
i can't give you a number because this isn't exactly something i've thought about lately. on yet another paw, it helps to be a taur. you might consider a hardware store and some tools, if you live where you can make things.
not only cheaper then buying, also way more gratifying.

depends on what the table holds, its design, and intended use. there are more types of table than those that are simply furniture.

indeed. drafting tables and computer tables, as a couple of examples, i'd be more likely to think of then kitchen or dining room ones.

Last table I bought was $39.00 for a coffee table and end table set. Slate/hardwood/and wrought iron.

Any cost more than that is a rip off.
