Quick question about bills

If you pay a copay at the docs office and then the insurance company sends you a bill for the same amount why do you have to pay a fucking copay?

 

C'mon guys help me out.

 

i doubt you have to. call the insurance company to be sure though.

 

I am on monday but I find it wierd. The bill doesn't explain itself either.
