Question for the men

This is a question for the men out there.

Can you masturbate to much (daily etc) and/or for to long (i.e. months, years)? Meaning you do not receive the same pleasure from a woman as it once did because you have become so use handling it that way?

 

With my last girlfriend, things were going great sexually in the beginning, but just like every relationship I have ever been in, things gradually tapered off. As our sex life dwindled, I picked up the slack by masturbating. Once things got to where we were having sex less than once a month, I began masturbating daily. The few times we would have sex, it felt great, but most of the time, I was unable to ejaculate without doing it myself. So for me, the answer to your question is yes, it is possible for me to masturbate so much that I no longer receive the same amount of pleasure from a woman that I once did.

The answer is also yes for me. Yes the feeling comes back after time. How much time? I'm sure would vary from each individual. I would think after a few months of no masturbating any kind of stimulation would feel amazing.

 

As Micheal said, if I stop for a while, things will get back to normal, but its kind of like smoking cigarettes. Very difficult to to just up and stop all of a sudden.

 

no for me the two are totally different. Masturbation is done out of necessity rather than as a preference. Much prefer having sex with a partner but doesn't always work out that way. Good question

Too much, yes. The stimulation from my hand can be much more intense then when my cock is in a vagina. Masturbating too frequently and too often makes me desensitized and have a lower libido (want it less) to the point where it takes a lot more stimulation from intercourse to get off.

Backing off for a while helps restore the sensitivity and desire.

 

For me they have just become, very different things, the feeling when masturbating is very different from sex. I really enjoy to fuck but also really enjoy pleasuring myself...

 

Sometimes it is harder to get off during sex when I have masturbated everyday, but I think my wife likes it because I go forever until she says she is done then I will orgasm. If I go 3 or 4 days with out masturbating I get real sensitive again and can cum quickly. It is hard to stop masturbating it is addictive.

Negative. I do it several times a day everyday. HAving said that, it's the variety and diversity of the sex that helps keep it pleasurable. Masturbating is just one way to get pleasured.
