I take it he introduced himself despite the stare.

Here's a question, say a stare like that occurs, at that point does the action of the guy introducing himself in a polite manner help reduce or enforce the creepy vibe already established from the stare?

Lol. Quick glances are fine. Lingering stares can be a little uncomfortable. ;)

    You're so welcome.

We'll work on your gender assumptions next. ;)

    Obviously, yes.

I think in the case of that guy sure. It explained why he was staring and it wasn't a creepy reason.

If you just stared at a girl a whole bunch and then walked over and introduced yourself. It would still be a little weird. Depending on how attractive you are though she might be able to overlook that. Yeah women can be shallow too.

Lol I know I don't doubt your answer but that sounds so bad and base.

It is looks huh, and maybe the perception of power as an aphrodisiac in such situations.

I was told of another special circumstance where if the guy staring happens to be a crush of the girl he's staring at, it also doesn't come off as creepy.

Do you vouch for that as well?

Really, it's all for you? (Meaning males)
    Don't think so.

Attention, yes. From anyone in particular, no, so therefore, it's for the individual.

(As if I'd know fashion if it bit me.)

Are people supposed to assume whether or not a woman is dressing up for them or some other person? I would assume its for everyone that will see them that day

Well, considering the last guy who stared at me was yesterday and i gave him the middle finger, I guess I'm not totally okay with it. I don't even think about them being interested in me or not. And odds are, they're not. I just see a pervert. A greasy, dirty, pervert.

I ride the train every day with hundreds of people. Lots of men take glances. My level of offense or repulsion depends his degree of attractiveness lol! If he's an ogre faced troll then I'm usually pretty creeped. If he's sexy, then I might get shy haha but fantasize!

I give major bitch face to gross guys. And the sweet innocent face to the hot ones.

Interesting you say that, because I never had a good looking guy stare. I figured the act of staring is what makes the guys ugly to me. Because the same looking guys who have not stared, I wasn't disgusted by.
