With a little bit of teamwork and some practice you could probably get it down to a science. Personally, I have had problems with this when I was younger. Perhaps the necessary patience comes with age.
I know what you mean, it's just something you learn to control with time and practice. I can go a long time like that, but to tell you the truth, after a while and a few orgasms, she has had enough. I agree what you have said when you delay longer some times I fail to climax but I don't mind that once in a while. My wife will come only once during the session and she always signal me to get ready for my climax.
