Question about DXM and Bupropion(Wellbutrin)

Earlier today at around 2:00 I snorted about 300mgs of Bupropion(wellbutrin), Don't tell me it's bad for me, or it will fuck up my nose, I like the feeling it gives me, Anyway I was wondering if I take 300mgs of DXM tonight around 10:00 or 11:00 if the Wellbutrin will have an affect, Like serotonin syndrome, I google'd "DXM and Bupropion", I'm only finding people who are prescribed it and want to do DXM. I'm not taking it everyday orally. Thanks in advance.

 

I would wait until the Wellbutrin wears off before I take the DXM. I took wellbutrin and dxm one time together and I felt like I was having a heart attack.
