just mash up 2 or 3 avocados, add some salasa accordingly by taste test, and if you are familiar with Spike you can put a dash of that in.

    easy recipe: (and my fave!)
    3 avacados
    1/2 cup sour cream
juice & pulp from 1 lemon, 1 lime
1 or 2 cloves crushed garlic
    tobasco sauce, to taste
... put everything in a food processor and puree until it's even... you can even add a little cilantro and basil to taste... mmm, basil....

My daughters love guacamole also. I don't remember them putting tomatoes in theirs but its in the recipe that I just found online.

    Quick and Easy Guacamole Recipe

    Ingredients:
    2 avocados
    1 small onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced (use garlic press for stronger flavor)
    1 ripe tomato, chopped
    1 lime, juiced
    1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 radish

    Directions:
Peel and mash avocados in a medium serving bowl. Stir in onion, garlic, tomato, lime juice, cilantro, salt and pepper.

Season with remaining lime juice and salt and pepper to taste. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for half an hour to blend flavors.

Garnish with a sprig of cilantro and sliced radish. Serve with tortilla chips.

I love plain avacados... Every summer I have a pool party and make a wicked batch of guac (like using 15 avacados) and I keep all the seeds and grow them... they end up making neat xmas gifts 6 months later.
