so then I take it people in montreal didn't get this then? ------------------------------------------------------ An RCMP spokesman says the force is taking "very seriously" a recent threatening letter signed by a group claiming to be a new cell of the FLQ, a Quebec militant group active in the 1960s and 1970s. "The letter, dated Jan. 15, says "strategic targets of importance" will be targeted in the western, largely English-speaking part of Montreal between Feb. 15 and March 15. It mentions crowded shopping malls, bridges, rail lines, airport facilities, water supplies, municipal buildings and service stations. "We will especially target traffic on main highways," says the letter. The letter says the plan of attack is designed "for maximum impact" and warns "it's possible there will be injuries and deaths." The letter adds that "a combination of vehicles, letter bombs, remote-control explosive devices will be used and most of these devices are already in place." If Harper was anywhere near as cool as Trudeau, when the seperatists said "We want to become our own nation wah wah wah", he'd be all like "not on my watch motherfuckers!". And then he'd declare martial law in the province of quebec, block off the whole province, posting the military at every border just like as if you were going into the the states. Then he'd make a law saying that he could put anyone in jail that he wanted and imprisonate his whole oppostion party for like a year. Man Trudeau reaked of cool. Unlike Harper who was just like "yeah sure whatever become your own nation within a nation". Fucking dumbass. The way I look at it, why did Quebec join confederation if they didn't want to be a part of Canada in the first place? You don't see any other province wanting to seperate or even become its own nation within a nation.
