Putting in piercings (nipples and navel)

    Hello all i have all 3 piercings and plan to put new rings in soon. I have tried to do my navel but have some trouble putting it in as well as the ball to tighten (too small). So my question i have rings in all 3 so will studs be easier to put in and are the ends thats not round easier to put on and tighten? Thanks
