    I haven't actually bought any panties but that's mostly because I've never had the chance to. I recently became friends with someone who sells panties, but I don't think I'll ever buy her panties. For one, I'm taken. I can get used panties from my girlfriend if I wanted to. But it I wasn't taken, I might consider buying some from some trusted sources.
