never fails.. i take some time off work.. city decides to repair my street. instead of just paving the thing over, like they have every other cobble stone street. They decided to tear off all the asphalt patches and restore the street to its original cobble stone. either way Im pissed and happy at the same time.

 

^cobblestone streets are awesome though, that's nice they made an effort to restore it

 

I remember when they completely re-paved my street. The only fun part was getting to drive through people's yards to get in and out of the subdivision.

 

gas companies are the ones that mess them up.. they have no sense to replace the block they take out. just fill it with asphalt that divots from trucks, and it looks ugly .. we had been bitching about it now for years. More so the last couple years with the highway construction trucks using the street. rolled on my driveway, cracked the edges. So they are fixing that too. of course people on the street think that they can park on my lot because the street is closed. They dont even ask. take up my spots and think Im not going to say anything about it.. where am I suppose to park?> when I own the shit. some people.. I just parked my cars long ways. now nobody can use it but me..even the mail-man knows not to park in my spot.. and he dont even live here, and Ive never talked to him about it.

 

getting some trees godson said we'll take his car. and I said "no, Ill drive you". after he insists we use his ride cause he done a lot of work on it. and the front sounded good, the brakes working good, engine ok.. coming back he runs out of gas.. now had to walk a few blocks back to get my car, get some gas and get him moving again.. ninny..

 

Missus is a bit upset the rabbits aren't as user friendly as the other. Yet. I said give them time stop trying to pat them and for gods sake get the dog outside he's not helping licking his chops every minute at them.

We put them in their pen and they liked that. They did approach my hand. They'll get there. they're cute and dopey. One has white outer eyes so they look googly eyed and he has white paws. He's adorable I like him.

 

we always used gloves when petting a new rodent type animal.. and Im aware rabbits are not rodents. but case they would bit when handled they couldnt get thru thick garbage-persons gloves..

Dug up some field trees today... Pine of some sort. Probably Red Pine but I'll sort that out when they start to mature. So I planted 4 trees today and still have one to plant.

I also have a Holly to transplant and another Holly to put in it's place. I'm doing an espalier on the wall in the front patio garden. The new Holly is a faster grower and a perfect specimen for this. Espalier is a technique where a tree is grown against a wall and pruned flat, kind of like a two dimensional tree.

Got a few other things to get in the ground before freeze as well... Plant sales at the end of the year always get me.

 

I really wanted to find your post where you said something about the methotrexate injections but couldn't find it. My bff has been on this drug (chemo) for her RA for years and years but of course dealing with arthritis is truly an ongoing battle.

I'm really glad you are able to find some additional relief with weed. I told her about you today and let her know you have had good experience with pain relief by vaping and now this spray. Of course we don't have spray down here in illegal land BUT I have firecrackers and I've about got her talked into trying an edible. I'll make her's mild (to start with) lol.

Speaking of which - it is PAST TIME for me to get in the kitchen and get my crackers going!

There seems to be no legal means to have a bottle of everclear set to me fro a fucking store I can almost see if I stood on the shore here....its maybe 3k as the crow flies but in the usa....not fair

now I have to buy 4 bottles of rum and distill it down to 1 bottle......over 100 dollars instead of 35
