    I actually found one the other day while we were tornado chasing. ...It's two and a half hours from here, lol. And we've got a flea market here in town that just opened that brags a farmer's market, so I might check it out sometime soon, but I don't expect to find much there. I think next year if I have time, I'm going to try to make my own little vegetable garden and grow black-eyed peas, green beans, and whatever else I can figure out to grow. I might plant a strawberry patch, too. Maybe I can start my own farmer's market if that one doesn't stick around.

    Open air markets are good for food shopping. But I dont do food shopping.
    The idea makes me feel uneasy. I like fresh cockles and stuff like that from markets. Yes, my mind is full of contradictions..

    Reading Terminal Market in Philly is cool, somewhat similar to Lexington Market in Bmore...except at Lexington Market you can buy drugs....:rolleyes:
