Hello, everyone! When I was younger I was introduced to marijuana atleast I thought so but It was synthetic weed and I had never done any drugs so I didn't know the difference. So I was smoking for 2 months almost daily. It was fun, until one day.. I woke up but the effects were still there, I felt like I had just smoked. I started to worry but friend told It's fine, effects will disappear in few days. Week, another week, month, half year and effects are still there. I felt like I was dreaming, often forgot where I am and why I am there, could be because I started learning in new school. I felt 24/7 that I'm tripping, couldn't focus, had crazy theories, I felt like nothing is real or like I'm on different planet, but I didn't wan't to tell anyone so I tried to act normal, was really hard in the beginning, because I was tripping intensively 24/7, my vision was distorted, walls were morphing, also sounds were distorted. saw hallucinations I felt like I'm going insane but after year It started to get better. I could communicate with others without acting like alien, could study in school, after another year I only had distorted vision and strange, crazy thoughts. Now, five years later, I could say It's a lot better. No one could ever tell that I have such problems, even my friends who know me for 10+ years don't know what is actually happening in my mind. Except one thing - distorted vision and I would like to get rid of that, I had diagnosed psychosis and depression years ago, (also had depersonalization, derealization) but I didn't want to use medication and I still don't. I now have a good job, I'm living healthy, meditating, interested in spirituality, but that can only help with thoughts and psychical health. How to fix my vision? I can't live like that. I see really good, I can see really far also close, but for example when I read, all the letters are moving, morphing, getting blurry, same with everything I look at, also dizziness. Not many people have tried synthetic weed, but here probably are people who can imagine what It would feel like living with vision like when high on lsd. Maybe someone has gone trough psychosis? Maybe It won't go away and only choice is antipsychotics ? Sure I also have some mental problems but It's nowhere as bad as my fucked up vision.

Atleast now I know I have HPPD, so I know what to search. I already don't use alcohol for long time, planning to quit smoking weed (now I do It pretty often), already meditating which helps with everything except sight. Also started to eat healthy (no sweets, junk food, sugar, salt) but I know I could do better because sometimes I still eat unhealthy. I have always been active , cycling, running but haven't done anything in a while because It's winter but yeah, will start exercising again, but does that really help? I think my situation is too serious and I think It won't go away if It's still here with me after 5 years. What kind of antipsychotics should I search for or the only way is to visit doctor?
