http://nypost.com/2017/10/06/psychic-pleads-guilty-to-tax-evasion-in-3-5m-demon-cleansing/ Scamming a 70 year old woman out of 3.5 million and she is charged with tax evasion and not fraud? I would hope she be ordered to pay back the money but I guess then the government would not get their money.
“I honestly did not do the right thing,” she said. = Seems more of a observation of character and conscience than quality of skill of qualification
No I have not seen that but I imagine that when relieved of Demons they end up talking in tongues. Have you seen someone relieved of 3.5 million looking at all thankful?
Little children speak in tongues quite naturally , yet most all be forbidden from this . An old woman may eventually come to remember the sense of speaking , child as self , the ah bah de oho . Why question the value of that ?
doesn't logically absolve the perp though. need i point out that 'demons' is a name humans invented for 'things that go bump in the night', about which the ego can't stand to accept the reality of knowing nothing? (fear of the unknown is statistically illogical)
I am sure someone complained about the money being taken from her otherwise the government would not have known. Plus one woman is the only cited amount. I am sure there were others. Family probably stepped in when they realized the money was gone to look after her
Very imaginative speculations posing as rational . Your psychic intuitions are more relational , non-judgmental , relaxed .
Your sarcasm exudes from your every word, But if you read the article and looked for other articles on it you would have read that she was ordered to pay the money back to the woman!
Even with all of her borrowed powers she couldn’t exorcise the one demon we all must face, the IRS Johnson - who also went by the aliases Angela Johnson, Angelia Johnson, and Sally Reed - ran several businesses that purported to perform “psychic readings,” “spiritual cleansing & strengthening,” and “meditation & healing,” “Neither Johnson nor any of the businesses she operated filed a tax return or paid taxes on the income she received. Sorry, I didn't meant to quote you above, I meant to quote Tikoo. Take it up with the reporters, not me. To explain myself to since you have a need for it, The article I linked did not mention the repayment, upon further reading I saw it mentioned she was repaid! I guess they went after her other profits that she did not claim , which I suppose exceeds the 3.5 million by a lot otherwise the government would not bother
I feel so bad for the women that got scammed. Just imagine what she had gone through that made her confident to give that much money to a psychic. Is there a chance that she could get here money back? What kind of human can do this to an old woman, it is really bothering..
I was once paid for giving a psychic reading . Nope , I did not report this income to the IRS - just to thee right now .
