Psychedelic Bump XXXIV

Bump for some mescaline. Never had the lab grade stuff before, only what I have personally taken from a cactus. I hope it is not just a 2c

But for $50 a gram it is worth the gamble.

 

Bump for 2.5g mushrooms in a treehouse about a week ago. Really nice trip, bit uncomfortable at times.. there's some unfinished business there so I think I might have to just blow my face off with some Lucy in a couple of weeks. Feels like a good idea.

Hey friends! Just checking in to tell you how Wakarusa went and some scores I got.

We had around 20 of our friends all caravan up the beautiful mountain and had another 10 join us once we reached the top. We set up 5 canopies and had this massive hangout full of chairs, beanbags, coolers, tables, and grills with all our tents set up around it. It was great meeting new people and just relaxing in the company of good people. I love the atmosphere there. I'm a pretty reserved person but it helped me open up cause people are constantly interacting with you and just wanting to have fun. It was nice handing out compliments, hugs, smiles, and random high fives. My girlfriend and I even brought some tattoos with spongebob, dinosaurs, and star wars to hand out. I also wore an umbrella hat which a lot of people loved. One guy even paid me $40 for it which I couldn't pass up since they're $5 online.

I knew to expect a ton of drugs but I didn't fully expect for people to be tripping or rolling every single night. I kind of saw two sides to this coin. It's cool that these things help us connect with each other on a different level and allow us the opportunity to experience things in a enlightening way. On the other hand it is a four day festival which leads to what I consider abuse. For some people it even substantially suppresses their ability to communicate which I could see as being a drawback. I understand it's everyone's choice though and was not offended by anyone doing so. It's just sort of odd when this mass of people is stumbling around the walkways and everyone is looking like a bunch of crazies haha. I'm definitely used to taking drugs in a much more tame manner. It can be fun to partake in though. Just have to embrace the wild side sometimes.

I really enjoyed my first day. Spirits were high and I was having a great time learning and exploring. STS9 had a great set that night and I just drank. On the second I was able to score some liquid LSD from a guy within our own camp that brought it with him. I talked with him about it and he said one drop was in the 120ug range. I had never even taken LSD before so I was too excited to finally have the chance. I just took one in the evening and unfortunately it didn't develop into much more than the typical body high with some subtle visuals. Wish I had taken two. CEV's were entertaining. I just wish I could see it in it's true light but I still enjoyed it. A friend also gave me a small amount of molly to combine late in the night. I was able to catch Ott at 2AM. He was for sure one of my most favorites to see. Also I got really excited to hear Heavyweight by Infected Mushroom earlier. The third day I felt like just doing molly but got used to the flow of things and decided to dose my 25mg 4-Aces around 10pm. It came on fairly strong but ended up being pretty nice in the end. Before the trip I debated adding molly to it but it quickly proved to be enough and didn't call for it at all. It had a wonderful plateau that made me feel energized, highly analytical, and confident. By the last day it didn't seem wise to finally dose a good amount of molly so I stuck to alcohol but I was able to hold onto 500mg to take back. Additionally I scored some mushrooms for $20/eighth which I couldn't pass up and ended up keeping.

My favorite though was when a friend from one of our campmates brought out some DMT. I've never really sought out hard for it because I just wanted grab some when it came easily to me despite for quite some time being my number one to some day try. I was able to get an astounding deal (and partially because the seller struggled with math). I got 600mg and held onto it cause I wanted to do more research on methods for smoking it and for my first time to be in a relaxed setting at home. I would like to know if any of you have any remarks based on the pictures below. I wished for white crystalline but I've come to understand it often ranges from orange to red.





We had a few rain showers early in the weekend but it cooled it down for nightfall. It was quite perfect most of the time. We got some heavy rain on the last day but it was definitely manageable and okay since we would leave the next day. All in all it was a great experience where a strong sense of community is striving to be happy and loving, enjoying being in the moment and appreciating all around and inside of them. I'm very glad I got to share it with a bunch of new friends I've come to enjoy a lot. I can see more in the future for sure.

 

Looks good to me. Don't underestimate the orange the best DMT I have ever had, stuff that shows you the machine elfs was orange.

$20 for 1/8 of mushrooms is a really good deal to find at a festival but it sounds like you had some neighbors who wanted to share the love and not make money.

What do you think of STS9 post Murph leaving? I have only seen them once since but they put on a good show.

 

Yeah the color caught me off guard at first just cause I had never known what it was supposed to be like and began doing searches online. I think I read some conflicting information at first about descriptions of a different kind of batch but soon came to understand it would most likely be of good quality.

The eighth wasn't from a neighbor. From what I understand from several of our friends was they weren't the strongest but probably around average quality. Still cool of the guy to sell them at that price though. I'm sure if you eat them all at once it would be great.

 

I'm reading a book on ufo close encounters. I find it fascinating how much these experiences parallel heavy psychedelic experiences. Many report spiritual experiences, contact with autonomous entities, oobe, sentient lights, etc.

sounds like you had a great time, pop. i wish i had a group of friends like that to go to a festival with. when i've gone to smaller ones, it's always been with one or two other people. we have always met a few new people, especially our camping neighbors..but i'm pretty reserved so i'm not among the most outgoing people there.

i know what you mean about the excessive drug use. but on the other hand, in a way, it doesn't seem as out of control as a shitload of just drunk people can be.

i'm no expert on DMT, but that stuff looks "wet" like there might be some un-evaporated solvent left. probably not ideal, but probably won't hurt you too bad. although, it can't be very healthy to smoke NaOH which i think is what's used to extract it.
does it have a strong smell? should smell lightly of a weird floral scent.

kind of a bummer that your "120 ug" wasn't a very strong trip. but at least you seem to think it was real L, and you had a good time regardless.


wakarusa...it's making me remember a previous member here who got pulled over on the way there (cops do drug traps i guess on the route to major festivals) and got into a little trouble. name started with a T maybe. anyone know who i'm talking about?

The DMT smells pretty strong actually. Nothing that reminded me of flowers though. More like tryptamines.

The police presence on the way up was ridiculous. They're just waiting for someone to fuck up. Pretty sketchy. Although there weren't police on site, we saw someone who was dressed up in a black shirt and cut-off jeans who we found out to be an undercover when he had someone in cuffs. I couldn't believe they'd really try that hard to get someone when they know how much drug use goes down there anyway. It didn't make me paranoid about the idea though. Just gotta be smart.

 

Low hanging fruit. They know drugs are there and the more busts they make the more funding they can justify and the better they look to their bosses.

Plus in addition to public funding they get to keep any money or things of value they consider from drugs. So for example you have the drugs in your car. Well I bet you bought that car with drug money so its ours now. They get to sell that car at auction for 100% profit.

 

Psychic Close Encounters by Albert Budden. the top of it says The Ufo Files so perhaps it's part of a series.

The first couple chapters use quite a lot of psychology and paranormal jargon. Checkout this excerpt, it feels like some of the discussions in the psychedelic section when contemplating the authenticity of the experiences:

Yep, but he and his friends were busted with the classic "drug stop ahead" trick. Basically, the cops put up that sign that says there is a drug stop with dogs when there is none. Then they have a car waiting at a turn-off to nowehere, to stop all the people who freak out and turn off the road.

Sad thing was someone posted about it on the forums a few days before he went off, guess he didn't read it. Would have been beneficial for him to have been browsing more!

 

haha, thanks for the offer man. all the festivals i go to are usually in western new york state though. i probably can't be traveling to arkansas or wherever. would be pretty cool though...
