how much did you get?

 

I got to try my new order of aces yesterday. Me, my gf, and one of my best buddies went hiking about an hour and a half away. The scene wasn't anything breathtaking but I was excited to be out in nature during a trip for a change of pace. We each dosed 20mg. It was light for me but I was fine with it. I really enjoyed myself. Aces is easy on the body as it is but I like that we were walking around the entire time too because it lessens the weary feelings in the legs. It was very smooth. Aces produce some very pleasurable feelings in the brain too!

There was one point where we sat down on some rocks to eat lunch and we heard the coolest sounds coming from birds. It sounded alien, like a trilling organic sound. Something you'd hear in a shpongle song or something. We weren't sure what it was and it sounded like it was coming from all around us. It felt so cool. We looked overhead and saw a large flock above us. I'm still not sure what kind they were though.

 

Bout 60mg.

Got about 40mg left for next weekend.

 

^^does that mean you just ate 20 mg?

oh yeah, I found it funny we were nonstop yawning the entire trip the other day lol

 

I took about 20mg yesterday and it seemed pretty nice but I was already on LSZ and ate about 1.5 shrooms about 4 hours or so into it. .I spaced all this out and unfortunately I puked up the shrooms after about 20 mins. They still added to the experience but I know it would have been much better had I not puked. I tried to hold it down as long as I could but I was already nauseous when I took them.

 

I guess I might as well go all in w/ 40mg next weekend

 

40mg of miprocin. I definitely want to hear about that one!

 

Worked on Prolly around ~50 mgs IM MXE today. Thank you to tolerance otherwise I may have been fucked. Was up all night pretty much on MXE and did small bumps this morning to maintain til my lunch then when lunch came around I just decided to squeeze out the bag which was a good amount and I was pretty lit considering the tolerance I had, yet my motor coordination was still fairly functional and I did alright.

 

Maybe it just feels like it but I seems like those who use mxe on this forum are using it more and more. It sounds obvious, but seriously be careful guys. I've never known addiction like that...because it doesn't even feel the way you picture one to be. It seems manageable at first and it is but then you just keep doing it more and more. And it is a forgiving drug, but even then it takes its toll. Please be careful!

 

yeah, 20 mg is a "full" dose for me. unless your miprocin is weak, i might re-think the idea to take 40 mg.

 

I did 2C-B last night and had a nasty panic attack.. I started thinking about the paradoxical "double-bind" Alan Watts talked about (which has been on my mind for quite a while) and couldn't really escape my racing thoughts.. thank goodness for meditation and Xanax..

So I think I'm going stay away from most psychoactives indefinitely. I actually feel very fortunate to have experienced what I did in my psychedelic adventures, but my mental health needs to come first.

 

I've tried miprocin at 30 mgs, It was fairly intense but navigationable as well. I didn't feel as much motor coordination impairment on it as I do an equal dose of 4-Aco-DMT or Shrooms. There were points I felt kinda nauseous on it but if i were looking to trip good, I'd probably dose 40 mgs if thats what I had remaining.

I've done iprocin at 40-50 mgs and it was a world of difference from 20 mgs, not sure if miprocin follows suite but based on experience I'd suspect so.

 

Happy trails to you. I stopped for many years. Basically, I couldn't go any farther. I was always grateful for my psychedelic experiences - they have informed and influenced my life in profound ways.

I'm really getting into this shit now, but I need to stop procrastinating... I thought it was pretty limited at first but it's actually incredibly versatile, it's just your head that gets stuck in ruts.. and learning how to use it properly. Working on colour blends.. it's actually got me really excited Insanely addictive.. it's like digital organic symmetrical airbrushing on steroids.

interesting - it seems the opposite for me. though i've not tried equal doses of miprocin and 4aces. 20 mg of miprocin has impaired my motor coordination quite a bit. with 4aces, it wasn't until 45 mg when i was impaired in that manner. but i was pretty much plastered to the couch for that one..so it was more impairing.

Well, Watts argues that (in Zen for example) when a Zen master gives his student a koan, the koan is used to induce a double-bind by asking the student to genuinely act spontaneously. Any attempt to act spontaneously results in frustration until "the fool in his folly becomes wise" and the student sees that all action is genuinely spontaneous (satori). There is no deviation from the Tao. Read Watts' The Way of Zen for more on that.

So on this last trip I felt confronted with a complex double-bind paradox which I couldn't escape which caused a huge amount of anxiety so I aborted the trip. Basically I was trying to intellectualize a paradox and it just ended up with me being a quaking mess.

I've fiddled around with these concepts for a couple years now and they can be dangerously confusing. They're best explored with the aid of good dose of psilocybin. That's the only genuine satori I've experienced and I think I'll just leave it at that.
