A little outdoor psytrance get-together Fri-Sun put on by the crew I work with. Limited invitations so there were ~80 people in a very remote location down a long, winding dirt road in some deep woods and small meadows, amazing sound system and deco, varied dj sets non-stop Friday night until Sunday noon, a real underground feel to this one. Haha, I worked so hard Friday I just had a few bowls and to the tent before midnight (he's a rocker alright!).

Saturday hanging out, working a little, then on the gate 7-10. On the way driving back to the camping and dance floor, I saw two of the people I was going to roll with walking along the totally dark road to meet me (and get a break from a neurotrance set). So we hung out by the car in the dark and starry night listening to the Dead, getting a roll on. It was far out.

Back at the campsite, I was dancing around (on 200 mg), but the woman that was there wasn't moving - just sitting there, kind of groaning from time to time - on a release trip (on 120 mg). For the next 4 hours I was back and forth from the dance floor to the campsite - dancing and doing the release trip. I liked letting the energy flow through me and out of my chest and belly, but you know how it is with the dancing. Back in my tent by 3, slept, back up at 6 for a brief time on a very far out and intense dance floor, and back to the tent. Music stopped at noon, I did my part of the tear-down and was on the way home by mid-afternoon.

Sign on the community water by the dance floor: "On a stroll through the woods one day, (a person's name) happened on a bunch of hippies. Since he drank from their community water he has no idea WTF is going onnnnnnnnn! P.S. Drink up!" (It wasn't really electric)

Sorry to hear the sad news, but ya, go out and find the real one.

 

I also have that scale, but I'm wary of its accuracy. I usually take a few precautions when weighing chems where active doses are around and below 10mg.

I have 2C-E and 4-AcO-DMT now! But even though I'm collecting all of these interesting Shulgin compounds, I am very nostalgic for LSD. Nothing beats that quiet, transcendental euphoria, though I've only experienced it once.

 

Personally havent had that scale, but know good friends that use it and i can vouch for it as a good scale. did your old scale break pork?

 

i never had a mg scale. i've always used the one in my lab. the times that i first tried 4-aco-dmt and miprocin, they were sent to me as ~25 mg samples, and i just ate them. kinda risky.
also, using the scale in my lab is kinda risky that i might get caught, and that my drugs might get contaminated with toxic shit! so i'd like to have a scale at home, even if it can't weigh accurately to the tenth of a milligram like the lab one can

having always pre-weighed my doses, i could only choose from certain ones. this has led to me dosing my brother a little too high on 4-aco-dmt...and me not being able to choose my exact dose a few times.

I almost feel like I'm about to have a bad trip just watching it.

They always pick things that a museam dose and a chill stroll through would make fun, but then they give the guy a mic and make him put on facades, and it's like, are you trying to get someone put in a strait jacket?

 

This is the time to get the scale. You can check its accuracy in your lab. A great opportunity!

Huh ok. I have also either got what was approximated to be certain amounts of something. Or for example gotten say a gram of something, and divided it into 10 approx looking piles for 100mg doses. not the best way to go at all.lol.

All i can say is that you should be pretty happy with that little scale. Not expensive atall.From when iveseen it in avtion its super simple, pretty accurate, and should stay on point(pun kinda intended) as long as you treatit right which im sure you will. Having your own scale at home to measure out whatever doses of whatever you want isso much nicer than depending on someone elses,or eyeballing it.

Im actually going to begin to hunt for a new scale personally when i return from this semi-forced hiatus :/

That scale has been very accurate for me. It will read the same gel cap within a 2mg margin just about every time. It can be very unreliable if you use the little silver tray that comes with it. The secret is to put a dime on the weighing part which will fit perfectly. Then I like to set the gel cap on the dime a few times and take the average weight of it. After that, just put in your material and note the difference.

 

I think Mr. V glued a small washer to the bottom of the little dish as it has to be centered verrrry carefully the way it comes. You'll see what I mean.

I could not even fathom tripping at a monster truck event.. my god..
