Really, that reporting is not too bad. They're reporting on stupidity, and stupid statements from officials and such, but even then, it's just semancits, and the reporting itself is remarkably clean and impartial, I think.

I knew the comments would be infuriating, don't know why I scrolled that far.

Agreed. There was nothing really wrong with the reporting, but the comments make me wanna slap somebody. lol

 

UGH! My condolences to the family of the kids but people SNORTING 25c and other compounds almost guaranteed they did little to no research or weighed out doses. shouldnt be snorting that substances anyway IMO. ruining these powerful and interesting substances for everyone else by bringing this negative and irresponsible use into the spot light.

Now THAT one has bad reporting. They don't seem to know if they're reporting on 2ci or 25i.

 

It's not the worst reporting, however some of the reporting is poor beyond semantics. The article suggests that they have identified the chemical as 25c-nbome and then later suggests that they need to see what the chemical makeup is. This leaves open a degree of ambiguity, which opens up the door for stuff like this follow up article saying 25c, 25i and some 'street names' for other chems all being the same substance.

It would be much more appropriate to say something along the lines of 'we believe the chemical to be 25c-nbome but we still need to verify through lab tests.'

 

I had a job interview today and got the job on the spot! I get to take photographs of people at the state fair (originally was supposed to be at the cowboys stadium but oh well) and possibly other events, and then edit the pictures in photoshop. Not sure the rate of pay yet but I'm broke and haven't had a job in a while so I'm stoked! Pretty sure I'll have to take a drug test but I'm getting QuickFix synthetic urine and have read up a lot about it. After that I'm home free. May celebrate with some mxe if I get all my work done in time.

Hey fellow psychonauts/anonymous internet friends, time to say my goodbyes once again for the time being.

I'm returning to the wilderness for another 5-month stay and I don't think I will be on HF at all. I'm taking with me an 8th of shrooms (I have had them for about 8 months at this point...they've been stored in my garage, in the dark slightly below room temperature--do you think they will have lost much potency?), 5 tabs of 25i, and a few kratom capsules (as well as some weed of course). I will try to keep good notes and come back with some worthwhile trip reports. Peace and love to each and all.

 

I'd think your shrooms should be pretty much fine raga, as long as they were stored dry and were properly dried before storing. Enjoy the wilderness, it's one helluva good reset.

I am going to a remote work camp/truckstop to work for the summer. The nearest town is over 200 miles away, no joke. There is internet there but the comp's are shared so I will probably avoid potentially eyebrow-raising websites, like HF.

It's in a great location, well-situated for hiking, road-tripping, camping...
