Cool, I was hoping to use some of that again soon. I took 5mg on New Years Eve a few months ago with a friend. We were pretty wild and ended up in the snow pretending we were initiating our sober friend into a satanic cult, in the woods, until we started hearing strange choirs and we ran off. Good times, I wish I took pictures. For me moxy it gives a nice feeling of elation and trippy body sensations. It was pleasant.

Meeting up with my aunts/uncles, cousins, etc at my aunts place. Going to feast and enjoy some nice holiday ham lol..maybe indulge in some wine as well. It's always good to see family again... we have a quite huge one. My dad has 9 brothers and sisters

Bump for spring! And a month of partying like I never have in my life.
Starting March 1st being treated to an amazing dinner/beer/party by a woman I'm sloooooooly falling for. Ending friday with a small party for my kid, wrapping up spring break and sending her back to school in Seattle and for me, kicking off retirement.
I better get to planting some tomatoes.

 

for you guys talking about 5 mg moxy...is that an oral dose or snorted?


writer, where do you usually get these computer animated movies? do you watch streaming online by chance, or just download them?
maybe you actually rent them from a store?

Pork, I either stream or download through torrent. Haven't rented a movie in about a decade I do occasionally go see them in theaters or buy the blurays if I love em.

 

Can someone tell me about a psychedelic experience that you would say has brought you closer to your significant other and/or helped the progression of the relationship in general, even if it means coming to terms with the fact that it was over and time to move on?

shivaya, i would agree with writer. pretty much every trip i've had with my wife (and also when she was "just" my girlfriend) brought us closer.

i can remember some pretty intimate times dosing back in college. (not necessarily talking about sex)

one of my friends from home (not one of the heroin ones) says he might be able to get some liquid [LSD]. i talked to him briefly about nbomes, and how to tell the difference.

the bar had a reggae band playing, the singer is an acquaintance due to living in a small town...so i took the drunken opportunity to re-introduce myself and blatantly ask if he knew where to get psychedelics. he said no, which i suppose is the appropriate answer when the question is phrased as such haha

MDMA

All Psychedelics can bring a couple closer but MDMA excels with allowing a open, clear communication better than any other psychedelic. I've used MDMA only with a therapeutic relationship mindset in the blossoming stages of a relationship to help overcome some of the emotional and shyness walls that we're up but I suspect it'd help with closure as well just as long as neither person think they hold significant resentment.

When it was used in couples therapy there was a slogan that 'a single dose is as efficient as half a year of therapy' and there is a reason it garnered the term empathogen.

 

Since the post doesn't specify that the experience was undertaken WITH the other person, my story may be relevant:

I took my first acid trip soon after my first breakup with my first girlfriend. I was in a knotted-up place about her, and that trip sorted me out, temporarily.

I had a clear vision that she and I were one, in the form of a visualization of the Earth as a sort of foaming globe of light, of which we were both just blips on the surface. I understood that she had come into my life to teach me some lessons, and the entire relationship including the pain was for my growth.

It changed my view on that relationship and my attitude toward subsequent relationships.

 

Just played it last weekend with a bunch of people in my friends dorm room...my god what a night lol:dizzy2::sombrero:

At one point I believe we were all singing in unison to Billy Joel's - piano man lol..

i have netflix instant, but that movie's not on there.

two different games though. it's funny how complicated the game asshole is..but once you know it, it's super easy. most card games are like that i guess.

That report is amazing. And no, nothing specific. I'm just interested in this subject. I guess I'm at a point in my life where I'm facing something of a similar than what I described. There's alot of confusion about what it is and where it's going and I think a different angle could help. Plus I haven't done anything psychedelic in about a year.

I can definitely see that. The only time I took MDMA was with my best friend and it was awesome. We had some really good open conversations. It was interesting because we are both from really traditional upbringings where we don't really talk about our emotions or insecurities much, but that molly had us wide open! I could see the use of using it when trying to figure things out with a significant other.

Well, it provided me relief for that time. And some of the changes in attitude have been long-lasting. But it's also true that after just a couple weeks I was back to a toxic place with that person, which didn't really change for several months after that.

The realization was genuine and I will never forget it, but it was not a panacea: I still had to go forward and handle things responsibly, which I failed to do.

 

That clarifies things up. I get what you mean though, the drugs provide the insight, you provide the work!
