yeah i don't really have an addictive personality which is why this is starting to concern me.
I have faith in myself though. I'll know when it gets too serious, but I'll probably burn myself out before then.

 

I've felt I have an addictive personality but I would describe it more accurately as "obsessive." You would've thought I was addicted to tobacco a couple years back; I was smoking cigars or pipes on a daily basis. But in fact it wasn't addiction at all, but rather a kind of obsession: I became obsessed with cigar/pipe culture, with different types and varieties, with becoming a "connoisseur." After the thrill wore off, I cut way back and never jones'd for nicotine. Likewise with alcohol. Went through about a year of drinking several drinks a day, but mostly it was just getting into different beers, mixing different cocktails, etc etc...

On the other hand, there is an addictive history in my family so I've sort of vowed to myself not to get into opiates or coke or anything. On the other hand, three years ago I would've said I vowed not to do any drugs at all...Although my acceptance of weed and psychedelics has been based on learning more about them and making the reasoned decision that they were safe...whereas the more I learn about opes and other drugs, the MORE I distrust them.

 

getting pretty excited to trip on Friday... the weather looks great, but I don't really trust the forecast until the day before. a bit of rain might be kind of nice anyway.

does anyone have suggestions for music? I've got a few of my favourite albums planned, but I always like to listen to new music!

@Raga Mala: That is a good discrepancy, its fair to say I am obsessed with psychedelics, seeing as I discuss, read, learn about them daily pretty much.

My dislike of dubstep has reached new levels, I was going by my high school alma mater and there was some youth soccer event going on and the soccer moms were blasting that shit through the PA's. uke:

 

It was probably horrid new age dubstep. I like the old stuff

feeling good; about to ride the unicycle. it feels great outside.

 

Was going to try out 2C-C tonight but I just got home and it's 10pm, and I have to wake up by 10am tomorrow. From what I've read the trip is from 4-8 hours and I don't want to risk not being able to sleep until 7am or so. It will have to wait until the week after next.

lucky man. i LOVE 2c-c, probably my favorite 2c-x. id recommend 60-80mg oral. so gentle, pretty euphoric for that class of psyches, good body feeling, and some of the best music enhancement ive ever had besides lsd. have fun!:2thumbsup:

I found 2C-C to be like the benzo of phens. I think I need to take a larger dose. Every experience I have had was almost TOO mild but enjoyable none-the-less.

NEVER take zanaflex (tizanidine) after taking 2C-C. It will DANGEROUSLY lower your blood pressure. Just a heads up.

 

Is that a normal dose for 2c-c? Seems really high compared to other 2c's.

 

I plugged 50 mgs 2cc my last time with it, it's definitely one of the least potent 2cx's. Regardless, I agree with it being quality, very easy on the body and playing guitar on it was really enjoyable.

 

Didn't very much enjoy my trip on 2.5mg of 25d, 1.5mg of 25i was almost on par with the visuals with more interesting a head space. On d there were some interesting visuals, like colored droplets of water and some very interesting full blown hallucinations which were incredible but nothing to note regarding any kind of mind expansion or introspection. Definitely not wanting to try again . 25i remains a favorite, and next up I have 2.5mgof 25c to try outwhichimaysplitwithaladyfriendofminetoexplore ourempathytogether.
