Mostly. I would make the "bumps" after the first peak more dramatic: when I'm on acid, I can go all the way back down to feeling near-sober and then get rocketed back up to trip-town again. It's rollercoastery for me.

 

I agree with Raga about listening to what you enjoy is a good idea and if you like any of that classic psychedelic rock:
The Beatles (Sgt. Peppers in particular)
Pink Floyd
The Doors,
Jimi Hendrix, etc.

I highly suggest listening to a couple songs at least from them or even album sides. There is something so psychedelically primal and on point with that psychedelic music.

I tend to prefer psytrance/psybient for newer stuff:

Hold it in your mouth then swallow.

If the people who say it is destroyed in the gut are to be believed, then this will increase your potency.

Even if they are wrong however, there is no downside to sublingual. It would end up in your bloodstream regardless.

 

holding it under your tongue theoretically makes it hit faster, and maybe delivers more of the dose to your brain, since sublingual dosing is bypassing your stomach and liver mostly...

with that said, i've swallowed my acid immediately and tripped face:daisy:

and that erowid graph is quite accurate indeed. although from ~6-12 hours i would have that tail be a step above baseline. it makes it seem like you are sober after 6 or 7 hours which is definitely not the case. an acid trip can last 12-14 hours, but the meat of the experience is over in ~7 for me. this timeline was hard to establish until dosing several times over several years. in my earlier days i would have described acid as lasting a bit longer than the ~8 hours i get out of it nowadays. still a glorious 8 hour don't get me wrong

 

Bump for about 75mg of 4-FA today and maybe 2mg of Phenazepam a few hours ago to help with the moreish feeling (cant stand it). Hopefully sometime in the next few days I have the time to dose 20-25mg of 2ce and see what the hype is about, my highest dose was about 16mg and I wasn't a big fan. It will be my 4th try with it I believe. For tonight though I just plan on relaxing and smoking a bowl or two

Also I'd recommend Pink Floyd's album Animals for any psychedelic. The whole album is great and its just so beautiful and trippy when your tripping

 

Good advice given all around. Dude, you have good psychedelic experience with shrooms and what not... go for 2 ea. Even at the high side of estimates, (120ug X 2) 240ug will not be far out compared to a heady dose of shrooms. If they truly are 120, that's a nice amount. If they are 90 or 80, it may very well be too light. Make your first time special. If you feel confident with shrooms, 4 aces, etc, you will be just fine with 2 tabs. Guar-n-teed!
My music tastes run closer to GB than PS, I'll second the suggestions of Hallucinogen and Entheogenic, if you're looking for suggestions. It's good to listen to quality tunes you're familiar with as well, you may see them in a different light. I would agree with suggestions of outdoors, if you know of a cool place, relatively devoid of intruders, that is a chill, beautiful place.
That time line from Erowid is spot on. One way to tell LSD is length, it doesn't last longer in higher doses, that's urban legend. And it doesn't last 48 hours.

On a different note: revisited some 25i blots I got awhile back. This time they actually produced a reaction, unlike the first time. Still, very disappointed vs. all the glowing reports out there. It was practically indistinguishable from a low dose of 2C-i Considering the size of the blotters, there's no way they could be more than the 600ug they are reported as, so it's not 2C-i but nothing like what I've read. Might have to try going a different route, the liquid suspension nasal ROA. dunno.

 

That's unfortunate you didn't get any lucy-esque effects voyage but at least you got some effects this time. I find that 25i-nbome trip pretty strange, unlikely I am to explore it again but I kinda hope a couple of the other nbome make the rounds.

^^i think MDMA is his absolute favorite, but LSD is close. he described it at LSD-like, but a bit more bizarre than LSD

 

I do find 25I-Nbome similar to LSD in many respects and pretty mindbending as well, but I've yet to enjoy it in the same respect as LSD. In my 25I trip report I mentioned it felt like a LSD + 2ci combo with some unique effects, but I also mentioned I found some aspects of it I didn't really care for.

It's possible it could simply boil down to preference, I guess that would still not give me a reason to dislike 25I nbome, but remember we are talking about incredibly powerful mind altering chemicals, both active in the microgram range, so even slight differences in physical and mental effects between chemicals can have a tremendous influence on mindset/headspace during the trip. But I found the trip valuable enough that I think I want to explore some of the other compounds in the NBOME series.

 

Anybody tried 25c? I'm getting a couple hits this week from a friend and I haven't seen very much talk about this one except from cosmo.

 

Hmm I've never heard of the bizarrity of 25i. Makes me more curious about it now.
I got some 800ug blotters I need to try....but eventually.

I feel like I need to act on my reckless attitudes I've had for drugs lately. What I've been taking and the frequency I use them at probably wouldn't alarm most people here but I just don't like how I find the need to get high so often. I used to look forward to weed enough, and although I still do, I still end up wanting something to enhance my nights more. I'm sure this is a common problem for many.

I just need to slow down at least. I shouldn't be giving in so easily and so often.

Yesterday I did 4-FA. Initial effects are cool but I redosed more than once but didn't exceed much over 200mg. I didn't sleep more than 7 hours and woke up feeling depressive (nothing too major) and am getting over stomach nastiness. That stuff can't be good for me. I vaped a little herb to combat nausea, drank some green tea antioxidant mix, and ate some almonds and dried mangos. I actually feel really nice and chill now.

Hey pop Your're allready a step ahead by the fact that you're allready aware that your poly-drug use may be showing fiendish tendencies so kudos for you being on top of your shit You're only 20 man and you have all the time in your life to explore all that interests you so bare that in mind, though obviously you allready have the smarts, i'm just enforcing this point for you.

When i was just a bit younger than you i had gotting head over heals into MDMA, long story short i burnt myself out and ended up having a panic attack one night when i was "rolling" it was fucking hellish man, worst night of my life, i truly thought my heart was going to explode. Never been able to enjoy any stimulating drug ever since, this was a huge dissapointment for a couple years and i ended up having to change my social circle. I would'nt like the same to happen to you so just remember and take it easy.

 

I never knew you used to be into MDMA, yah some people have bad trips/panic attacks with it. Did changing to the heroin social circle improve things for you?
