I think it's likely the stimulant action of the other 3 drugs compounded with that of the 2C-I, making your bodyload today a lot worse. Usually the uncomfortable feelings with 2Cs reside within the trip itself, and the day after is fine - just a bit of a "fried" feeling if you took a higher dose.

Sucks that someone did that, you should tell your friend, if they want to surprise you, to suddenly hand you 2C-I, not force you to dose it without even knowing if you want to trip, nevermind if you're up for taking that particular chemical.

I always write up a full TR for my own records but I don't feel like posting such a long story about my recent 4-AcO-DMT journey. It was amazing though. I had a smile plastered on my face the whole time as usual. Sometimes while listening to music I just had the most innate feeling of love sink into my chest. I had a few tears of joy at some points.
After I vaped some weed it only ramped up. I started getting the giggles- something that hasn't happened to me in forever and it developed a bunch of insights mostly about yin and yang, multiple universes, and God. It was thrilling.
And I fell asleep easily for once.

Did you ever consider that maybe 89% is as close as this particular substance can get to 100% purity?
Ethanol, for example, can only ever be 195 proof (95% pure) at the most. Even if you distilled ethanol in a vacuum the second it is exposed to air it absorbs H2O and becomes diluted down from 100% pure.

The problem is that the ammonium chloride will cheerfully react by the same mechanism as the MA.HCl with the MDP-2-P, but it will make MDA in place of MDMA. I would not have minded a mixture of, say, 3% MDA and 97% MDMA, but I just didn't know what I'd get. Anyway, the method described below worked perfectly, and should make exactly 0% MDA and 100% MDMA.

That article really doesn't prove a thing. Did he check it with GCMS? Didn't mention it if he did.
Also any dipstick who synthesizes a drug and doesn't wear gloves but rather licks his fingers clean doesn't sound like a very intelligent person and what you quoted is a guess at the final product purity.

Without GCMS there is no way to know. You already know this GB.

Personally I have no idea about the maximum purity achievable, but I doubt Roor does either, or the other poster, of all of us I think GB would probably have the best idea/guess.

 

I stumbled across this interesting study done last year, Apparently MDMA may not be neurotoxic at all.
