short term, i think it's beneficial if it helps you actually sleep and i do rely on benzos if i plan on doing stims but it ain't good for ya

 

I always run it through the still twice, so it cleans up pretty good.

 

speaking of scotland i have recently made friends with some guys who lived in Edinburgh their whole lives but moved down south very close to london (where i live) because there wasn't much jobs up there (guy has a chemistry degree).

anyway they call heroin ket up there and keep calling it ket when i speak to them even though i keep saying fuck man i think you're speaking about ketamine!! very odd nickname.

guy said he has 5-meo-amt, doi and dipt. i'm interested in trying dipt but doi and 5meoamt sound pretty disgusting IMO. oh he also has doc.

Because I am super white, can't tan. I get picked on so hard for that. Since Spliff is Italian I look extra white next to him. But I do drink like a fish and my dad was an alcoholic so I get comments on that too. lol

Are you sure about that Writer? When I read about L-trypt and 5-htp I found that it's not in many foods, but L-trypt is.

You're probably right that eating well is the best choice, I sometimes don't during my work week tho. I know that when I first tried 5-htp as a supplement I saw dramatic effects on my sleep and energy level when I took it daily for a few days. It sort of made me nervous that I would get strung out on it. Since then I take it once or twice a week. I work nights and it really screws with my energy levels and sleep patterns and I think that it helps with that.

 

that sucks. but have you actually spent long long periods of time attempting to tan? i do believe anyone can actually tan and the more you do the darker you get as you age (if you keep up tanning).

Ah nice I was wrong. I thought the body easily made 5HTP but sounds like it doesn't. I still have a few dozen 25mg caps of it maybe I'll see how it works for me.

 

I never understood the point of trying to get a tan. I have a redneck tan because I work outdoors, but I never try to get a tan.

 

Yeah, I have. I burn way easily, Within 30 mins in direct sunlight. I am also anemic so that contributes to my inability to tan.

 

living in england 11 months a year = impossible to tan even if you are in every damn day of sunlight. i'm not fond of the pale look on myself and it makes my skin look uglier.

going away for a couple of weeks to a hotter climate and getting some rays and some nice healthy looking skin is great. try living in this rainy place and then see what you think about tanning

 

yes pale people tend to burn quickly, using higher factor sun cream and applying more solves that. also being anemic has no relation to not being able to tan :daisy:

i'm sure you don't give a shit about getting a tan though so it doesn't matter

 

Besides for getting ragged on I get equally as many compliments on my milky skin. I guess it looks better on a chick, idk. I don't really like being so fair skinned because I bruise easily (anemia contributes), skin flushes a lot, and scars/imperfections are easily seen. I don't wanna look like Snooki from JS but I wouldn't mind at least having SOME color. I gave up on trying to tan a long time ago though.

Oh, I just figured that because anemia causes pale skin and I'm already naturally pale... just kind of a double whammy.

When I dyed my hair black (it's naturally strawberry blonde) I REALLY looked white. I could have pulled the goth look so easily, no need for the white face powder or w/e they use. lol
