2C-C, 2C-D, Iprocin, those things come to mind. Very similar to MDMA as well, just slightly more trippy/shroomy

 

so writer, i'm curious (like always)...if you compare 2cc, -d, and iprocin to molly but more trippy...why is it that you seem to LOVE mdma, but sort of write off the three RCs as duds?

maybe because you take mdma in a certain setting when you just want to roll, and you take full on psychedelics when you want to trip. and that is what you were expecting from those RCs?

bump for my two friends that got married today! not really psychedelic...but a lot of things make their way into this thread. and really...when i'm in church, and they are talking about love and peace...it seriously makes me think of psychedelics. when they get up and eat the sacrament, that really makes me think of psychedelics

reception coming up soon. they are having their reception at the same place as my fiance and i will in 7 months. so it'll be a nice preview - and one where we can get absolutely drunk from the open bar. i'm sure we'll take it a little easier at our own wedding.

MDMA is most definitely not a "trip". It's an altered state of mind but it's really more akin to a superior kind of alcohol. Incredible social bonding and euphoria. You're right, I took those three expecting a quality trip (2c-d finally gave me one) and they were at best "superior alcohol" level (but still not even what MDMA can do). Also, while I hold MDMA in high regard, I do it very rarely. I've only done it 6-7 times in my life. It has quite a burden on my body/mind, so it's a love at distance for me . I love what it can do a great deal, it is a juggernaut in therapeutic contexts.

Yah I've never got the impression you enjoyed MDMA as much as some other psychedelics and I also don't think you realize how psychedelic it can get. It definitely get's much more tripped out than alcohol, individual results vary prolly but maybe you should take my advice on this one for once, if you try it again, dose above the 200 mgs range in a setting where the affects can flourish (rave or concert with impressive light show) it's much more mentally engaging than any 2cx I've done in similar enviorments. I've repeatedely stressed doses akin to mescaline for a more psychedelic experience, as alot of the current recommended MDMA doses I think stem from Therapy use and the fluffy new age culture that directly preceeded rave culture. Higher doses in enviornments with high sensory stimulation usually produce trails, auras, lights glow, occasionally little hallucinatory bubbles, all kinds of trippy stuff, and they feel more full on somehow to me compared to other psychedelics including LSD. But it doesn't produce the persian carpet effect or constant overlay of visuals like L and the 2cx's.

I also like how you lost a couple rolls from yesterday.

For my 3 favorite psychedelics, whenever I take LSD in proper setting and think about other drugs I think to myself "They just aren't LSD" whenever I take MDMA at a rave or concert and think about other drugs, I think to myself "They just aren't MDMA" whenever I take DMT I think to myself "What the fuck was that?" :mickey:

Yeah, its been a bit. I go through phases I suppose and I was on heroin for a bit, then was busy getting off. And I got a new boyfriend Or I presume there is some likelihood that I could possibly think I probably might plausibly have a probable girlfriend?

So I have been busy with whatever that meant too...

 

Heroin is so moreish... need to have a long break from that stuff even though today i was tempted to go get some.
